A. I know that UPS had a passenger operation for awhile, but it was abandoned a long time ago. They tried using one plane for both passengers and freight, but found that they didn't have enough time left over to service the aircraft. I have never heard of DHL doing this. So, no, that's no longer available.

Q. The local government has a surplus Bobcat 542B with a blown Ford VSG-411 gas engine with NO attachments (not even a bucket) up for sealed bid. All the hydraulics appear fine, but nothing can be tested because of the engine condition. It has tires, not tracks. What's this thing worth or what would be a reasonable bid amount?
